Job Description : Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant


Role Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll, Fast Formulas, Core HR, and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring seamless business operations and process optimization for our clients.


Location : Hyderabad, India (Primary) Onsite -Saudi Arabia (as per project requirement)


Experience :5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Preference will be given to candidates who can join within Immediate to 30 Days


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and related functionalities.


- Design, develop, and validate Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Eligibility profiles.


- Conduct business requirement workshops, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.


- Ensure successful integration of HCM modules with other Oracle Cloud or third-party applications.


- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Payroll, Core HR, and Absence processes.


- Develop functional documentation including BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.


- Deliver user training and support UAT activities for end-users and client stakeholders.


- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure solution scalability and performance.


- Stay updated with quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and advise clients on new features, impacts, and best practices.


- Provide post-production support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Expertise :


- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud : Core HR Payroll Absence Management


- Proven expertise in building and optimizing Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Compensation, etc.).


- Experience in designing scalable, real-time enterprise solutions in fast-paced environments.


- Strong understanding of HCM data structures, HDL/Spreadsheet Loader, and security concepts.


- Ability to lead client discussions, conduct workshops, and translate business requirements into system solutions.


- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Good to Have :


- Experience with Oracle Cloud Integrations (OIC), BI/OTBI reports, or HDL automation scripts.


- Exposure to multi-country Payroll implementations.
