Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 support for production systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving databases, application logs, and interfaces.
- Use SQL extensively for data analysis, issue triaging, and reporting.
- Perform log analysis and root cause identification using Java-based applications.
- Write and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript, Shell, or similar languages to reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business users.
- Work on incident management, perform impact analysis, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Follow and contribute to the ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Participate in deployment and post-deployment validation activities.
Skills and Experiences required :
- Proficiency in SQL (Primary), Java (Secondary) for support.
- Familiarity with scripting using JavaScript or similar languages to create automation scripts and tools.
- hands-on experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting and commands.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex technical issues
- Experience in Incident Management and ITIL process
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge & preferred on Banking/ BFSI domain
- Will to work in Rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
