Key Responsibilities :

- Work across Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & AR, Collections, and Integrations.

- Translate business requirements into functional and low-level designs.

- Perform BRM development and validate solutions using POCs/prototypes (no support-only profiles).

- Customize policies using PCM C / PCM Java and develop MTAs.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and working knowledge of Java.

- Experience with Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, PCM Java, BRM Web Services, scripting (Perl/Python).

- Strong understanding of BRM architecture, rating (real-time/batch), PDC product configuration, GL, AR, payments, taxation, invoicing, and discounts.

- Experience in at least 2 BRM implementations.

- Exposure to version control tools (Git/SVN/CVS) and defect tracking tools (Jira/Redmine).

Desirable Skills :

- Domain knowledge of Prepaid/Postpaid billing, Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data services.

- Exposure to BRM CNE and cloud technologies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/DevOps environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
