Role : BRM Developer

Experience : 6 - 10 years

Location : Remote

We are looking for an experienced BRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC and solid domain knowledge in BSS/OSS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing BRM solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and validating solutions through POCs and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and customize Oracle BRM solutions across multiple modules

- Work extensively on Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Accounts

Receivable, Collections, and Integrations

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and low-level technical

designs

- Perform hands-on BRM development to validate solution design through POCs and

prototypes

- Configure and customize BRM for real-time and offline rating, including batch processing

- Develop and customize policies using PCM C / PCM Java and write MTAs

- Configure products using Pricing Design Center (PDC)

- Work on GL, AR, Payment Handling, Taxation, Invoicing customization, and Discount

configurations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure solution

alignment

- Participate in configuration management, release activities, and defect resolution

Mandatory Technical Skills :


- Strong programming skills in C and C++, with working knowledge of Java technologies

Hands-on experience with :


- Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management), ECE and PDC, Oracle 12c / 19c , PL/SQL, PCM Java and BRM Web Services

- Scripting languages such as Perl or Python

- Strong understanding of BRM architecture and end-to-end billing workflows

- Experience with real-time/batch rating, convergent billing, and BRM configurations

- Exposure to at least two customer BRM implementations

- Experience using version control tools such as SVN, Git, or CVS

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or Redmine
