Bristlecone is seeking a seasoned Kinaxis Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response for our global clientele. This role requires deep functional expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning processes, mastery of the Kinaxis platform, and proven ability to provide thought leadership on solution architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus

Kinaxis Solution Design and Implementation :

- Lead the functional design and hands-on implementation of complex supply chain planning solutions within Kinaxis Rapid Response, focusing on core modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

- Support and drive the design of Kinaxis Maestro solution enhancements as required, defining technical specifications and integration touchpoints.

- Provide specialty consulting on the design and configuration of new solution enhancements and functionalities within the Rapid Response platform.

- Ensure all functional designs align with the clients strategic objectives and adhere to supply chain best practices and Kinaxis technical capabilities.

Supply Chain Planning and Optimization Expertise :

- Apply deep functional and technical knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning concepts, including inventory optimization, capacity planning, master scheduling, and identifying and resolving common supply chain management issues.

- Understand and define the core Workbooks and data needs required for optimal performance and functionality within the Kinaxis Rapid Response environment.

- Collaborate with clients to define and document business requirements, translating them into configurable solutions within the Kinaxis platform.

Platform Configuration and Customization :

- Possess deep, hands-on experience working directly on Kinaxis Rapid Response, including data manipulation, creating functional Workbooks, defining alerts, and building reports.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand nuanced client requirements and configure customized solutions and business logic within the Kinaxis Rapid Response environment using standard tools and scripting.

Thought Leadership and Client Engagement :

- Provide thought leadership in terms of solution designs, implementation methodologies, and best practices to both the customer and the internal delivery team.

- Maintain timely and periodic communication with clients regarding project progress, risk anticipation, and management of scope changes.

- Focus on achieving accepted SLAs post-delivery while proactively facilitating continuous improvement and upside (expansion) opportunities with the client base.

Certification and Communication :

- Maintain Certified Kinaxis Rapid Response status, validating proficiency in the platform's configuration and deployment.

- Utilize excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to both executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Deep expertise in data integration processes (ETL/EAI) related to Kinaxis (e.g., handling data from SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).

- Experience in configuring and optimizing complex logic within the Rapid Response application using specialized scripting or calculation engines.

- Proven ability to lead a module implementation track (Demand or Supply) independently from blueprint to go-live.

- Functional knowledge of advanced planning concepts such as multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO) and network design.

- Experience in managing international, geographically dispersed consulting projects.
