Brillio Technologies - Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Job Description :

- 7+ years of experience in Automation and Functional testing majority of which should be with Salesforce applications.

- Very strong experience on Automation testing process and tools

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Strong Communication and Customer facing skills and lead testing related conversations with External and Internal stakeholders

- Lead and delegate testing related work to team members

- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

- Ability to tie test cases back to the requirements for requirements traceability

- Ability to write, maintain and execute test cases

- Create test defect related reports/metrics, report progress and also work seamlessly with Dev teams for closing on the defects/issues and testing cycles

- Troubleshoot QA environment issues

- Must have worked extensively and fully aware of Agile processes, Jira/ ALM

- Strong knowledge of Testing Lifecycle

- Should have worked on Data migration testing

- Knowledge of SOQL and/or SQL

- Must have integration testing knowledge, end to end system processes.

- Experience of testing in any Clouds like Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud

- Strong experience in other test Automation tools like Selenium and Java (good to have)
