Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with 7+ years of expertise to join our team as an R&D and Innovation Lead (Salesforce COE).

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce COE (Center of Excellence), Presales, and Engineering Excellence and will be passionate about driving innovation in the Salesforce space.

- This role focuses on R&D, building futuristic demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and reusable assets to drive business growth and technical excellence.

Key Skills : - Data Cloud - Agentforce - Einstein AI - Tableau Next -

- Understanding of Agentic Framework (n8n, autogen)

- Understanding on LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP Server, A2A

Key Responsibilities :

1. Research & Development :

- Build and conceptualize cutting-edge Salesforce multi-cloud solutions leveraging Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Tableau Next

- Develop futuristic demos, POCs, and accelerators for various Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with business needs.

2. Innovation & Assets Creation :

- Ideate and develop industry-specific reusable assets and frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple clients.

- Stay ahead of the Salesforce roadmap to create innovative solutions using upcoming features and tools.

3. Client Engagement & Presales Support :

- Collaborate with sales teams to capture client requirements and translate them into compelling demos and POCs.

- Run engaging demos for clients, showcasing the value of Salesforce solutions and driving client confidence.

- Support RFP/RFI responses with technical solutioning and innovative approaches.

4. Collaboration with Engineering Teams :

- Work closely with the engineering team to design and build robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Provide hands-on guidance and leadership to the engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

5. Thought Leadership :

- Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) with a focus on multi-cloud solutions, Einstein capabilities, and Data Cloud & Agentforce applications.

- Represent the organization in Salesforce forums and thought leadership events.

6. Center of Excellence (COE) :

- Establish best practices, governance models, and frameworks to drive engineering excellence across Salesforce projects.

- Define and maintain reusable playbooks for solution development and delivery.

Must have Certifications :

1. Data Cloud Consultant

2. Agentforce Specialist

3. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
