- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java to ensure high availability and performance for our growing user base.
- Design and implement complex microservices architectures that allow for modular development and independent deployment of platform features.
- Lead the end-to-end SDLC process, from gathering technical requirements and system design to deployment and post-release monitoring.
- Optimize RESTful webservices to ensure seamless communication between various internal and external systems, reducing latency and improving data throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of high-quality engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements that prevent technical debt.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with a deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and memory management.
- Proven ability to design large-scale distributed systems, including choosing appropriate data stores and caching strategies.
- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining microservices architectures that are resilient and easy to scale.
- Extensive experience in developing and consuming RESTful webservices, with a focus on API security and performance optimization.
- Ability to navigate the full SDLC, utilizing modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to deliver reliable software.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Gurugram.
- Possession of 4 to 9 years of relevant software engineering experience in high-growth product-based organizations.
