Job Description :

Essential Responsibilities :

- Deep understanding of system architecture and end-to-end processes.

- Experience in project migrations, including role replication, report migration, and system cutover.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with offshore/onshore teams.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to provide accurate, reliable information and proactive solutions.

- Take full ownership of SAP Security for the new S/4HANA system.

- BO integration and reporting for the new S/4HANA system.

- Lead role migration from the existing system and manage all cutoff and transition steps.

- Provide testing support and validate security configurations during system setup.

- Recommend and help implement a suitable GRC or alternative security tool, as the new system currently lacks GRC.

- Generate and manage security reports and batch admin queries in the absence of GRC.

- Ensure clean audit readiness for the new system.

- Work closely with client throughout the migration process.

- Provide strategic guidance, not just executionbe a solution provider and help define direction.

- Ensure the end-to-end environment setup, including foundational security elements.

Requirements :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC, RAR, and SOD concepts and best practices.

- Expertise in SAP BW authorization and access control.

- Strong understanding of SAP security across various modules (FI/HR/MM/PM).

- Experience with WebSphere application security.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
