Position : Lead Engineer QA

Job Description Summary :

Experienced QA Lead with 8 - 10 years in Quality Assurance and 4+ years of team leadership experience. Expertise in defining QA strategies, leading end-to-end testing activities, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium/Playwright (preferably C#), AI-driven automation solutions, API testing, performance testing, SQL, and CI/CD tools. Proven ability to mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous quality improvements.

Job Description :

- Strong experience in designing test strategies, test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results, and reporting quality metrics.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, with demonstrated experience in SDET, QAE, or QA Lead roles.

- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium/Playwright (preferably C#) and building scalable automation frameworks.

- Experience in AI-driven automation solutions, intelligent test automation, and automation optimization techniques.

- Strong experience in writing SQL queries (Select statements, joins, data validation, and analysis).

- Strong expertise in API testing using SOAP and REST services.

- Hands-on experience in Performance and Load Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of deployment automation, continuous integration, and building automation tools such as TFS, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including Product, Development, DevOps, and Business teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership and collaboration abilities.

- Conversant with Agile/Scrum development methodology and release management processes.

- Ability to drive QA strategy, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.

Background and Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Development roles.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and web application development.

- Proven experience in leading QA teams for enterprise-level applications and distributed teams.

- Strong background in QA processes, test strategy planning, automation frameworks, API testing, and performance testing.

- Experience in improving QA efficiency through automation and AI-based testing solutions.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced Agile environments.
