Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Commerce (Magento) Team Leader with strong technical expertise to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Commerce Cloud, Magento architecture, B2B/B2C solutions, and integrations with third-party services. This role requires hands-on coding experience, project management skills, and the ability to mentor a team while delivering scalable and high-performing eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Lead the development and implementation of Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) projects, ensuring best practices and coding standards.

- Provide hands-on development support for custom modules, extensions, and performance optimizations.

- Architect and design scalable B2B/B2C eCommerce solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Oversee the integration of third-party services such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, PIM, and marketing automation tools.

- Ensure security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS).

Team & Project Management :

- Mentor and lead a team of Magento developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and business analysts, to define project scope and deliverables.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.

- Plan and execute sprint-based development cycles using Agile methodologies.

- Provide technical documentation, best practices, and training for team members.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing client expectations.

- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and assist in solution estimation and proposals.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Magento/Adobe Commerce development with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce Cloud, Open Source) architecture, theming, and module development.

- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Knockout.js, RequireJS, and GraphQL.

- Hands-on experience with Hyv themes, PWA Studio, and headless commerce is a plus.

- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).

- Familiarity with eCommerce SEO, performance tuning, and caching techniques.

- Strong understanding of REST & SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

- Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile project management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Commerce Developer

- Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Commerce Architect

- AWS or Azure Cloud Certifications (preferred)
