What You'll Do :
- Presales & Postsales Engagement : Engage in both presales activities, showcasing Odoo's capabilities through demos and gathering detailed customer requirements, and postsales support, ensuring successful solution adoption.
- Solution Scoping & Proposal Drafting : Possess the ability to draft comprehensive customer scope documents for proposals, outlining required features and commercial considerations.
- Full Delivery Cycle Management : Accompany customers throughout the entire Odoo delivery cycle, from initial software configuration to successful go-live.
- Business Vertical Understanding : Demonstrate a strong ability to understand and adapt to different business verticals and their unique operational needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Effectively collaborate with clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-User Training (EUT).
- Client Training : Conduct individual training sessions for customers, empowering them to use Odoo efficiently and maximize its benefits.
- Senior Decision Maker Engagement : Confidently work with and influence senior decision-makers within client organizations.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, specifically with the latest versions.
- Proven ability to analyze all aspects of clients' business operations and map their processes to Odoo's solutions.
- Excellent planning and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of various business verticals.
- Demonstrated ability to draft customer scope in proposals, including required features and commercial aspects.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and effectively gathering customer requirements.
- Ability to guide customers through the full software delivery cycle from configuration to go-live.
- Prior experience working with Senior Decision Makers.
