Role Overview :

As an AEM Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust content management solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Manager. This role involves hands-on development across the entire application stack, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including architects, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance to deliver seamless digital experiences that directly enhance user engagement and drive critical business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable AEM components, templates, and services for diverse client requirements.

- Develop robust back-end functionalities using OSGI bundles, Sling Servlets, and Java, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.

- Craft engaging front-end user interfaces utilizing HTL, JavaScript, and CSS, translating design mockups into pixel-perfect digital experiences.

- Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and enterprise applications to create cohesive digital ecosystems.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to security standards and performance benchmarks.

- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and viable solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including component creation, template design, workflow implementation, and OSGI service development.

- Proficiency in Java development with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with the OSGI framework, Sling architecture, and Sling Servlets.

- Proven ability to develop dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces using HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with AEM integrations, performance tuning, security best practices, and deployment strategies.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a meticulous approach to debugging and troubleshooting complex technical challenges.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing actively to team success while based in our Mumbai office.
