Brainstorm Force - Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership :

- Lead and manage IT projects, defining their scope, goals, and deliverables.

- You'll create and maintain project plans, manage resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

- You'll facilitate effective communication across technical teams and business units to ensure everyone is aligned.

Agile & Scrum Management :

- Guide the team in using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- You'll foster a collaborative environment and remove any roadblocks that could hinder the team's progress.

Risk & Change Management :

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

- You'll manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all adjustments are documented and approved.

Quality Assurance :

- Work with the QA team to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

- You'll coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and a seamless product launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in an IT project management role.

- Technical Acumen : A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common IT technologies.

- Experience with Jira, Asana, or Trello for project tracking is essential.

- Methodologies : Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of other frameworks like Waterfall or Kanban is a plus.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead a team and manage stakeholders.

- Certification : PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications are a significant plus
