Job Title : Senior React JS Front-End UI Developer

Location : Hyderabad, India (BPMLinks)

Job Summary :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable React JS components and front-end architecture.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant web applications.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, including code-splitting, lazy loading, and state management improvements.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest React ecosystem advancements and front-end best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues rapidly.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of professional experience building complex web applications using React JS.

- Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.

- Extensive experience with React hooks, context API, Redux (or similar state management tools).

- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, virtual DOM, and React lifecycle.

- Proficient with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.

- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion).

- Expertise in responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data fetching techniques.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.

- Knowledge of TypeScript is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client.

- Understanding of web security best practices.

- Background in UI/UX design principles and collaboration with design teams.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
