Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute the full Incident Management lifecycle, from detection and logging to resolution and closure.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, implementing effective preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Utilize Kibana and Elasticsearch extensively for advanced log analysis, system monitoring, and proactive identification of potential issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Implement and execute automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and relevant automation frameworks to ensure robust testing of our web applications.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman to validate service integrity and functionality.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, testing processes, and incident management workflows.
- Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product, to ensure clear communication during incidents and align on quality initiatives.
