Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Cost & Performance Optimization Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS to join our team.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to optimize cloud infrastructure costs and enhance application performance for our clients.

You will design and implement best-in-class cloud architectures that balance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cloud cost optimization assessments by analyzing client cloud usage, billing data, and workloads.

- Design and implement cost-effective cloud architectures and resource right-sizing strategies on AWS.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions leveraging cloud-native services.

- Develop automated monitoring, alerting, and governance frameworks to continuously track cloud spend and performance.

- Collaborate with development, operations, and finance teams to align cloud optimization strategies with business goals.

- Advise on reserved instances, savings plans, spot instances, and other cost-saving mechanisms.

- Implement multi-cloud cost and performance management strategies for hybrid environments.

- Provide technical leadership and best practices for migration, modernization, and cloud-native transformations.

- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.

- Stay current with evolving cloud technologies, cost models, and performance optimization techniques.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud Engineer, or similar role.

- Proven expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of cloud pricing models, cost management tools AWS Cost Explorer and budgeting.

- Hands-on experience with cloud performance tuning, scalability, and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Application Insights, etc.

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation.

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.

- Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud financial management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
