Key Responsibilities :

- Lead BPM application development, design, and implementation using platforms like Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, or similar BPM tools.

- Develop and maintain loan origination, risk assessment, and document management workflows for banking systems.

- Perform integration using APIs, Web Services, and SQL for seamless connectivity with other systems.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of BPM projects with high performance, uptime, and responsiveness.

- Implement continuous process improvement and technology optimization within BPM workflows.

- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to maintain software quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA teams.

- Maintain compliance with internal IT security, governance, and regulatory standards.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership in BPM initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Masters degree preferred.

Experience :

- 8- 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on BPM development.

- Proven experience with Newgen BPM platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs) and mobility modules.

- Exposure to loan origination systems, banking workflows, or financial services is preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, API integration.

- Experience in Camunda, IBM BPM, or other BPM engines.

- Familiarity with microservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding teams.
