Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, leveraging Claude Code or equivalent AI tools to accelerate test script creation and maintenance.

- Lead manual and exploratory testing efforts for complex features, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.

- Partner with engineering to integrate AI-assisted testing workflows (Claude Code or equivalent) into CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases.

- Review and triage bugs, working closely with developers to reproduce, document, and validate fixes.

- Mentor junior QA analysts on best practices for test automation and AI-assisted QA tooling.

- Define and track quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, escape rate) and report on release readiness.

- Evaluate and prototype new AI-driven testing tools/approaches to continuously improve QA efficiency.

- Stay current with the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or an equivalent AI coding assistant (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for test generation, debugging, or automation.

- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

- Solid understanding of SQL, API testing (Postman/REST), and scripting (Python or JavaScript).

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have :

- Certified Claude Architect Foundations (CCA-F).

- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
