Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications

- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle

- Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC

- Work on enterprise web applications using J2EE technologies

- Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues

- Work with databases and backend integrations

- Ensure high-quality code through testing and code reviews

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical solutioning

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Development

- Strong expertise in Core Java and Java 8+

- Good understanding of OOPS Concepts, Multithreading, and Concurrency

- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot

- Hands-on experience with Hibernate, Struts, JSP, and Servlets

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices

- Experience with enterprise servers such as Tomcat and JBoss

- Good knowledge of SQL and database development (MS SQL preferred)

- Understanding of Design Patterns and Collection Framework

- Experience with Executor Framework, Connection Pooling, and Re-entrant Locks preferred

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable application design

- Exposure to cloud-native application development

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
