Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Developer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems that power complex enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of critical digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient data processing for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Optimize complex database queries and schema designs using SQL to improve data retrieval efficiency and system responsiveness.

- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka to facilitate real-time data streaming and asynchronous communication across distributed systems.

- Apply advanced design patterns to resolve complex technical challenges and maintain clean, modular, and testable codebases.

- Enhance system throughput by leveraging multithreading and concurrency utilities to handle high-volume transaction processing.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

- Partner with product managers to refine technical specifications and ensure that delivered solutions align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and the ability to design decoupled, resilient services.

- Proficiency in implementing multithreading and concurrency models to optimize application performance.

- Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems efficiently.
