We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and custom applications.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, own solution architecture, mentor development teams, and ensure best practices across Salesforce development, security, and performance.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and integrations.

- Develop and support Visualforce pages where required.

- Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries to handle large data volumes.

- Implement custom business logic, validations, and automation.

Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Lead technical design discussions and solution walkthroughs.

Integrations & Data Management :

- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.

- Handle data migration, data loading, and synchronization using Salesforce tools.

- Optimize performance for high data volume environments.

Security, Performance & Governance :

- Implement Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and performance guidelines.

- Support release management, deployments, and version control.

Delivery & Collaboration :

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Provide accurate estimates, status updates, and risk assessments.

Mentoring & Team Leadership :

- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development of Salesforce developers.

- Promote best practices in testing, documentation, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 812 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in :

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Apex classes & triggers

- Visualforce & Aura Components

- SOQL / SOSL

- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

- Knowledge of deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines).

Platforms & Clouds :

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce apps.

- Exposure to Experience Cloud is a plus.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset
