Bounteous - Power Platform Developer - SSIS

Description :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).

- Build and manage workflows using Power Automate, including approvals and system integrations.

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.

- Implement and manage Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles.

Data Integration & ETL :

- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Azure SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and error handling in ETL processes.

Solution Architecture & Governance :

- Apply Power Platform best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

- Implement role-based security and data access controls.

- Support Power Platform governance, ALM, and environment strategy.

- Document solution designs, configurations, and technical standards.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

- Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and IT to deliver integrated solutions.

- Provide L2/L3 support for Power Platform and SSIS-related issues.

- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Required Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with SSIS packages and SQL Server Integration Services.
