Bounteous - Java/ETL Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Java / ETL Engineer to design, develop, and support data processing and integration solutions. The role focuses on building reliable ETL pipelines and backend services while working closely with data and application teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services

- Design, build, and support ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation

- Work with databases and data sources to ensure accurate and timely data flow

- Troubleshoot and resolve data and application issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

- Ensure performance, scalability, and data quality

Required Skills :

- Strong Java development experience

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools or frameworks

- Good understanding of databases and SQL

- Experience working with data integration and batch processing

- Familiarity with Agile development practices

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to performance tuning and data optimization

- Experience in client-facing or enterprise environments

Salary : 13 to 30 LPA
