Key Responsibilities :

- Frontend Architecture & Development

- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable frontend applications using React JS.

- Define and own the frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components and design systems.

- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

FinTech-Specific Responsibilities :

- Design and implement secure UI layers aligned with financial and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate on solutions involving payments, trading platforms, banking portals, KYC, AML, and dashboards.

- Ensure frontend compliance with security, privacy, and data protection requirements.

- Work closely with backend and security teams to implement secure APIs and data handling.

UI/UX & Product Collaboration :

- Partner with UX designers and product managers to translate designs into high-quality user experiences.

- Influence UI/UX decisions based on usability, performance, and business goals.

- Ensure consistent user experience across platforms and devices.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring :

- Mentor and coach frontend developers, conducting code reviews and technical guidance.

- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design sessions.

- Promote best practices in clean code, testing, documentation, and version control.

- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern frontend technologies.

Quality, Performance & DevOps :

- Ensure high test coverage using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.

- Monitor application performance and resolve production issues proactively.

- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- 15+ years of strong frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Expert-level proficiency in:

- React JS

- JavaScript (ES6+)

- TypeScript

- HTML5 & CSS3

- Strong experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, Context API).

- Expertise in component-driven development and design systems.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering performance, and memory optimization.

FinTech & Security Knowledge :

- Proven experience in the FinTech domain (banking, payments, capital markets, insurance).

- Understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, secure authentication).

- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance considerations impacting UI development.

Tools & Ecosystem :

- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

- Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and code versioning.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
