- Experience with version control for design files (Figma branching, Abstract workflows).
Research & Analysis :
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Ability to derive insights from data, synthesize findings, and translate into actionable design improvements.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience designing for enterprise-grade or defense-critical applications.
- Familiarity with motion design principles and tools (Principle, After Effects, Lottie).
- Knowledge of accessibility audit tools (axe, WAVE) and inclusive design best practices.
- Exposure to service-design or content-strategy disciplines.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design audiences
