Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Team Leadership :

- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.

- You'll foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and align with our business goals.

Embedded Systems Development :

- Drive the design, development, and integration of embedded systems for drones.

- You'll work hands-on with hardware, software, sensor systems, flight control, and RF communications.

Project Management & Agile Execution :

- Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.

- You'll apply Agile methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with a focus on continuous delivery.

Quality Assurance & Compliance :

- Ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and safety protocols for drones.

Skills :

- Deep expertise in UAV/drone technology, including flight control, autonomy, and navigation.

- You must have strong hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and sensor systems.

Programming Languages :

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, and embedded systems programming.

Leadership :

- Proven experience managing and inspiring engineering teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Project Management :

- Hands-on experience with Agile project management.

Advanced Concepts :

- Knowledge of machine learning and computer vision for applications like object detection and autonomous navigation is a plus.

Education & Experience :
