Education : BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience : 38 years

Industry Experience : BFSI, Fintech, Digital Payments, or Product Management in a Tech-driven organization

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai (5 days' from Office)

Role Overview :

As an Assistant Manager Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative digital banking and credit card solutions. You will work closely with business, technology, UX/UI, and data teams to shape product strategy, drive feature development, and ensure seamless user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, digital product development, and Agile methodologies to bring new products and features to market efficiently.

Technical Skills & Experience :

Product Management & Agile Frameworks :

- Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies

- Backlog management tools : JIRA, Confluence, Trello

- Wireframing and prototyping tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq

Digital Banking & Payments Expertise :

- Experience with credit card lifecycle management, digital wallets & payment gateways

- Knowledge of API-based banking and Open Banking frameworks

- Understanding of AI-powered hyper-personalization in financial services

Data Analytics & AI :

- Google BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI for product insights

- AI-driven customer segmentation and behavior analytics

- A/B testing and funnel optimization techniques

Security & Compliance :

- API Security (OAuth, OpenID, JWT)

- Compliance with PCI-DSS, RBI IT Security Guidelines, and GDPR

- Fraud detection techniques using AI and machine learning

Preferred Qualifications & Emerging Skills :

- Experience in embedded finance and Open Banking API ecosystems.

- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms for rapid product iteration.

- Understanding of blockchain for secure transactions and identity verification.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution :

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and designers to create innovative credit card features and digital banking solutions.

- Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.

- Ensure seamless integration of digital products with payment systems, AI-driven personalization, and fraud detection tools.

Agile Product Development & Delivery :

- Own and manage the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with technology teams to ensure smooth and efficient product development cycles.

- Drive Agile best practices, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement of digital products.

- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to track progress and resolve roadblocks.

User Experience & Innovation :

- Enhance customer experience through AI-driven personalization, voice-enabled banking, and chatbot integration.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and engaging digital interfaces.

- Optimize digital journeys to improve onboarding, transactions, and self-service capabilities.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

- Leverage data analytics and AI to gain insights into customer behavior and refine product features.

- Track and analyze KPIs, product performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.

- Conduct A/B testing & iterate on product features to enhance adoption & engagement.

Compliance & Risk Management :

- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.

- Work with risk and compliance teams to implement secure, fraud-resistant digital experiences.

- Maintain best practices for API security, data privacy, and identity verification.
