An Opportunity to Work with One of India's Leading Credit Card Tech Innovators BOBCARD (A Bank of Baroda Subsidiary)

Education : BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience : 38 years

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai (5 days' from Office)

Job specific skills :


- 4+ years of experience in middleware technologies, with a strong focus on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel, IBM Integration Bus, Oracle SOA).

- Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data formats (XML, JSON), and protocols (REST, SOAP).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages used for middleware development.

- Experience with cloud-based middleware solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for middleware applications (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack).

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ESB solutions to facilitate seamless integration across various systems and applications.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to define integration requirements and develop technical specifications.

- Oversee the development and deployment of middleware solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ESB performance, addressing any issues related to integration and data flow.

- Implement best practices for middleware development and integration, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to middleware and integration, evaluating their potential application within the organization.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and integration of services across the enterprise architecture.

- Prepare and present reports on integration project status, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
