Education : BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : Goregaon, Mumbai (5 days' from Office)
Domain : Fintech/BFSI/NBFC (mandate)
Applicants should possess the following attributes :
- Relevant years of experience in tech roles, including software development, automation, machine learning, AI, or related technologies, preferred from payments, credit cards, NBFCs industry.
- Comprehensive SQL skill set for automation in terms of Advanced Query optimizations skills and performance tuning (preferred)
- Should be well versed with any programming language and algorithm design - such as C++/Java/Python/SQL(preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record in driving automation projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, Organizational and communication skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting) :
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows across departments to identify areas for automation and operational improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to gather insights on pain points and inefficiencies that can be addressed through automation.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the latest tools, including AI, machine learning, and data-driven approaches.
- Ensure that automation solutions align with departmental and organizational goals, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work.
- Test and troubleshoot automation tools and systems to ensure they function optimally and meet expected outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT and other departments to ensure the smooth rollout of automation projects.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication for automation initiatives.
- Train departmental staff on the use and benefits of new automation tools and systems.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions, troubleshooting any issues that may arise post implementation.
- Develop user manuals, guides, and training materials to ensure teams can independently operate the new systems.
- Monitor emerging technologies and best practices to continually enhance the organization's automation capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on how automation can improve operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
- Optimize automation solutions by incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders, ensuring they evolve with the
organization's changing needs.
- Ensure that all automation solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and adhere to internal security standards.
