We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), asset lifecycle management, and ServiceNow architecture. The ideal candidate should have architected and delivered multiple ServiceNow implementations and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders to define scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, HAM, and asset lifecycle management solutions.

- Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.

- Architected and successfully delivered at least 2 ServiceNow projects/implementations.

- Design solutions for software licensing, license compliance, entitlement management, and asset governance.

- Define and implement asset lifecycle processes covering procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and retirement.

- Provide architectural guidance across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities.

- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party asset/license management platforms such as Flexera.

- Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, security, integration patterns, and best practices.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture decisions across projects.

- Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve automation, compliance, asset visibility, and operational efficiency.

- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities.

- Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and architecture best practices.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 13 years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow experience.

- Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in ITAM, SAM, and HAM.

- Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management, Software Licensing, and License Compliance.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM is required.

- Experience architecting and delivering 2+ ServiceNow projects.

- Experience with ServiceNow SAM/HAM and related asset management capabilities.

- Exposure to Flexera or other software asset management platforms.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, data models, and governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.
