Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 1) with 1-3 yrs experience in developing and maintaining

ETL processes and reports using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role is ideal for developers looking to grow their skills in enterprise data solutions while contributing to critical client projects.

This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.

Core Requirements :

- 1-3 years experience with SQL Server (T-SQL fundamentals)

- Basic understanding of SSIS/SSRS concepts

- Familiarity with relational database principles

Key Responsibilities :

1. Development Support :

- Assist in building basic SSIS packages for data extraction and transformation

- Help develop simple SSRS reports with guidance from senior developers

- Write and modify basic SQL queries and scripts

- Perform data validation and testing of developed solutions

2. Team Participation :

- Work closely with Level 2/3 developers to implement solutions

- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices

- Maintain documentation of work in Confluence/Jira

- Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups

3. Learning & Growth :

- Develop understanding of client's data architecture

- Learn to troubleshoot basic ETL process issues

- Gain exposure to Agile development methodologies
