Job Description :

We are looking for an Automotive Automation Test Manager with strong experience in automated testing of Infotainment, Multimedia, Cluster Displays, and Connected Services. The role requires hands-on expertise in NI TestStand, along with LabVIEW, Robot Framework, and Python, and an understanding of automotive E/E architecture and digital cockpit technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for automotive systems.

- Drive automation testing for Infotainment, Multimedia, Cluster Displays, and Connected Services.

- Develop and execute automated tests using NI TestStand as the primary automation framework.

- Use LabVIEW, Robot Framework, and Python for test automation, scripting, test execution, and validation.

- Define test strategies, automation roadmaps, and testing plans across the product lifecycle.

- Support product lifecycle activities, including test planning, releases, validation, and roadmap definition.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with development teams.

- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology partners, and internal engineering teams.

- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Lead or mentor test engineers and drive quality and automation best practices.

- Stay updated on automotive E/E architecture, connected vehicle technologies, and digital cockpit trends.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in automotive software testing, test automation, or embedded systems validation.

- Mandatory : Strong hands-on experience with NI TestStand.

- Strong experience with LabVIEW, Robot Framework, and Python.

- Experience in automation testing for Infotainment/Multimedia, Cluster, Connected Services, or Digital Cockpit systems.

- Good understanding of automotive E/E architecture and connected vehicle technologies.

- Experience in test framework development, test execution, defect management, and test result analysis.

- Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technology partners.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Certified Product Owner is an added advantage.

- Experience in product lifecycle management and test/automation roadmap planning.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
