Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture & Development : You will architect, design, develop, and test a new SaaS product for our data platform. You'll be a key technical contributor, ensuring a solid foundation from the ground up.
Team Leadership & Mentorship : As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Your leadership will push the team toward better software quality by promoting clean code, effective testing, and efficient designs.
Problem-Solving : You'll be expected to identify the root causes of complex issues and implement lasting solutions, rather than just addressing symptoms.
Collaboration : You will work closely with AI/ML, data, and product teams to build a platform that meets diverse needs and supports our overall strategy.
Technical Skills :
- Languages & Frameworks : Expertise in Python and PySpark.
- Cloud & Architecture : Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including AKS, HDInsight, Event Hub, and Azure AD. You should also have experience with event-driven microservices and multi-tenant systems.
- Data & Databases : Hands-on experience with Snowflake and MS SQL Server. You should also be familiar with vector storage for RAG use cases.
- DevOps/MLOps : Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- GenAI : Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LLM orchestration, embeddings, and prompt engineering. Experience with LangChain or MLflow is a plus.
Experience & Education :
Experience : A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML system development.
- You must have proven experience building and deploying large-scale data or AI platforms.
Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
