As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will work closely with senior engineers and cloud architects to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our virtual desktop environments.

- Youll gain hands-on experience in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and configuration management across hybrid cloud systems.

Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Citrix Cloud

Virtualization: VMware ESXi

Identity & Access: Active Directory, SSO, MFA (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

Networking & Security: DNS, DHCP, SSL, VPN, and policy enforcement

What Youll Do :

- Support daily operations and troubleshooting within Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

- Assist in managing Citrix infrastructure components such as CVAD, StoreFront, and NetScaler.

- Perform user session monitoring, connection troubleshooting, and environment health checks.

- Collaborate with senior consultants on cloud migrations, performance tuning, and capacity optimization.

- Participate in incident management, RCA, and implementation of permanent fixes.

- Assist in maintaining system documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for operational tasks.

- Support security and compliance efforts, including patch management and MFA/SSO integrations.

- Work in a 24x7 support environment, ensuring high availability of critical systems.

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics, or equivalent diploma.

- 24 years of hands-on experience supporting Citrix infrastructure (CVAD, StoreFront, NetScaler).

- Understanding of Parallel Client ROMI operations and troubleshooting.

- Basic experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

- Exposure to MFA/SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

- Familiarity with VDI/DaaS concepts and user session troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in end-user and Citrix environments.

- Willingness to work in a rotational 24x7 shift model.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop setup and maintenance.

- Basic scripting experience (PowerShell or Bash).

- Understanding of network security principles and firewall configuration.

- Interest in pursuing certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
