Blue Yonder - Business/Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis & Reporting : You'll be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, and creating comprehensive reports to support strategic decisions.

- You'll use your skills in Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.

- Requirements Elicitation : You'll work directly with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage business requirements.

- You'll translate these needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications for the development team.

- Process Improvement : You'll identify and analyze current business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and recommending data-backed improvements to optimize operations.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and senior leadership, to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.

Technical Skills :

- Programming & Scripting : Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.

- Database & Querying : Expertise in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data from various databases.

- Data Visualization : Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn in Python) to create clear and impactful reports.

- Tools : Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.

Experience & Education :

- Experience : A minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required
