About Blue Pigeon :

Blue Pigeon is a minimalist communication app for modern teams, designed to reduce noise, eliminate long meetings, and make workplace conversations faster and more human.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build the next version of Blue Pigeon. You will work closely with the founder and product team to implement new features, improve performance, and ensure a smooth user experience across platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain full stack features using React.js and Node.js.

- Collaborate with design and product to ship clean, functional UI and backend logic.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Work with APIs, databases, and third-party services.

- Debug, test, and maintain production-quality code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team best practices.

Requirements :

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.

- Familiar with MySQL.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and authentication systems.

- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Self-starter and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with voice messaging or real-time communication tools (WebRTC, Twilio, etc.)

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or AWS.

- Mobile development experience (React Native).

- Startup or early-stage experience.
