Blue Pigeon - Full Stack Engineer - PHP/Vue.js

Role : Full-Stack Engineer (Laravel + Vue)

The Role :

We are looking for a high-output full-stack engineer (Laravel + Vue) to help build and ship core product features for an early-stage platform.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where youll take ideas from concept to production quickly. Youll work closely with our team on both product and technical decisions, with real ownership from day one.

What Youll Do :

- Build and ship end-to-end product features using Laravel (backend) and Vue (frontend)

- Design and develop APIs, services, and core business logic

- Work with Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and background processing

- Build clean, intuitive user interfaces using Vue (preferably Vue 3)

- Collaborate closely on product direction and technical architecture

- Iterate quickly based on real user feedback.

- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development

Tech Stack :

- Backend : PHP (Laravel)

- Frontend : Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred)

- Database : MySQL / PostgreSQL

- Infrastructure : AWS or modern cloud platforms

- You should be comfortable working within this stack and shipping quickly.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong experience with Laravel in production environments

- Solid experience with Vue.js (or similar modern frontend frameworks)

- Ability to build and ship complete features end-to-end

- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, performance)

- Experience with queues, jobs, and scalable backend systems

- Familiarity with AI tools as part of your development workflow

- Clear communication and strong problem-solving ability

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Vue 3 and modern frontend tooling

- Background in early-stage startups (0?1 builds)

- Side projects or products youve built independently

- Experience with performance optimization or scaling Laravel applications
