Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business users for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Configure and manage Absence Types, Plans, Work Schedules, Time Cards, Time Rules, Layouts, and Scheduled Processes.
- Develop and optimize Fast Formulas and handle custom flex field configurations.
- Perform technical development using HDL, SQL, BIP, and workflows.
- Execute Personalization using Redwood Experience, and migrate from Responsive to Redwood pages.
- Utilize Visual Builder Studio and the HCM Redwood Personalization Helper Tool for UI enhancements.
- Ensure best practices for security setup including Roles, Security Profiles, and Policies.
- Manage release updates, patches, and P2T (Production to Test) refresh activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations in Absence and Time & Labor modules.
- In-depth functional knowledge of HCM business processes and structures (Enterprise & Workforce).
- Strong hands-on expertise in Fusion technical tools HDL, Fast Formula, BIP, SQL.
- Solid understanding of Fusion HCM security model and role configurations.
- Experience working with business teams, conducting workshops, and delivering client-facing solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
