Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front-end Developer to lead the development of our cross-platform web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate must have a strong command of modern front-end technologies, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on, production-level experience in Flutter, Next.js, and React.js.

This role requires a blend of web and mobile development expertise, a focus on performance optimization, and the ability to mentor junior team members within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

- Lead the architecture and implementation of web applications using Next.js, focusing on Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and effective routing.

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework (Dart), ensuring high-quality code and native performance.

- Build reusable, modular, and testable UI components with React.js and TypeScript.

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL backends, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient state management.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on fast load times, minimal re-renders, and responsive design across all devices.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers on best practices in front-end architecture and development.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

- Expert-level proficiency in Flutter (Dart), specifically for building production-ready cross-platform mobile apps.

- Strong experience with Next.js for building modern, performant web applications with a focus on SEO and performance (SSR/SSG/ISR).

- Extensive experience with React.js (including Hooks, component lifecycle, and optimization techniques).

- Proficiency in TypeScript for building robust and scalable applications.

- Solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or equivalent (e.g., MobX, Zustand, Provider/Bloc for Flutter).

- Strong knowledge of modern styling and UI libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, etc.).

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) to ensure code reliability.

- Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
