We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our core product platform designing and developing complex Angular applications that serve government agencies and enterprise clients. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional team alongside product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software that has real-world impact. Role & responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Angular applications that power our GovTech platform across web and mobile environments.

- Own end-to-end feature development from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and iteration.

- Build and maintain reusable, well-documented Angular component libraries and UI design systems that accelerate development across teams.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, real-time data feeds, and third-party services to deliver rich, dynamic user experiences.

- Optimize application performance through lazy loading, change detection strategies, bundle size reduction, and rendering improvements.

- Participate in and lead code reviews, upholding high standards for code quality, maintainability, and test coverage.

- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and design specs into accessible, pixel-perfect Angular interfaces.

- Contribute to technical architecture discussions, helping define scalable patterns for frontend systems as the product grows.

- Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

- Work within Agile/Scrum workflows participating in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and technical estimations.

- Ensure all frontend code meets security, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and compliance requirements relevant to government-facing platforms.

- Stay current with Angular releases, frontend ecosystem trends, and emerging tools to continuously improve our stack.

Preferred candidate profile :

- BE/B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent degree; Master's degree is a plus.

- 5 to 10 years of overall frontend development experience, with at least 3+ years of focused Angular (v10 or above) expertise.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Solid understanding of Angular architecture modules, components, services, directives, pipes, routing, and dependency injection.

- Hands-on experience with state management solutions such as NgRx, Akita, or NGXS.

- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs in production Angular applications.

- Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques and Angular-specific best practices.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress and a commitment to writing testable code.

- Comfortable with Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes.

- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and globally distributed team environment.
