- Lead BlackLine implementation, enhancement, and support activities

- Design, configure, and maintain integration between SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, CFIN) and BlackLine

- Configure BlackLine modules - Account Reconciliation & Journal Entry

- Ensure smooth financial close processes and automation of workflows

- Gather business requirements and translate them into system design and configuration

- Develop process improvements and implement best-practice automation solutions

- Manage data migration and validation during implementation

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics

- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure accurate financial data flow

- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit standards

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in BlackLine platform - Account Reconciliation & Journal modules

- Hands-on experience integrating SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, CFIN) with BlackLine

- Strong understanding of financial close, intercompany, and reconciliation processes

- Knowledge of financial cycle, accounting principles, and audit compliance

- Proficiency with financial tools, SAP modules, and automation workflows

- Ability to configure, customize, and optimize BlackLine platform

- Experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Stakeholder management and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Finance background (FI/CO)

- Experience in financial close management & intercompany process automation

- Strong reporting & dashboard development skills

- BlackLine or SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
