Position : Project Manager

Experience - 2+ years of experience in relevant field

Job Summary :

- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, to guide the development team through all project phases.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

- Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.

- Anticipate and resolve issues that may impact project delivery, making quick and effective decisions to keep the project on track.

- Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring clear and concise communication to facilitate efficient workflow and problem resolution.

- Implement rigorous testing procedures to maintain the quality and integrity of the game, ensuring it meets design specifications and player expectations.

- Conduct regular playtests and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to gameplay and user experience.

Requirements

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio of successful games releases.

- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong understanding of game development processes, including game design, programming, art, and QA testing.
