Black Box - Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and project managers to understand functional and technical requirements

- Define scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance application and infrastructure architectures

- Create architecture blueprints, solution diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps

- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership across multiple projects and teams

- Design cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and enterprise application architectures

- Ensure solution scalability, availability, maintainability, and security compliance

- Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, platforms, and tools based on business needs

- Drive integration strategies across applications, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud platforms, and third-party systems

- Work closely with development, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Participate in technical estimation, solution planning, risk assessment, and effort analysis activities

Support pre-sales activities by presenting technical solutions, architecture approaches, and technology recommendations to customers

- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices

- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, security policies, and enterprise architecture standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural challenges

- Mentor development and engineering teams on architecture principles, design patterns, and technology best practices

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, cloud advancements, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise architecture trends

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and application design

- Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise applications

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

- Experience in microservices architecture, API design, and system integration

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and design principles

- Experience with cloud-native applications, containerization, and orchestration technologies

- Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation

- Knowledge of databases including SQL and NoSQL technologies

- Experience in architecture documentation, solution modeling, and technical governance

- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization practices

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AI/ML-enabled enterprise solutions

- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and container platforms

- Knowledge of event-driven and serverless architectures

- Experience in enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies

- Familiarity with TOGAF or enterprise architecture methodologies

- Experience in Agile and SAFe environments

- Prior experience in customer-facing or consulting roles preferred

Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
