BizTalk Developer - EDI Implementation & Support

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy BizTalk Server solutions, including orchestration, mapping, schemas, and pipelines.

- Develop and maintain .NET applications and services to support BizTalk Server integrations.

- Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementation and support.

- Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.

- Develop and consume Web Services (SOAP and RESTful).

- Work with IIS, WCF, and SQL Server for application deployment and data management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers.

- Adhere to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills :

- Microsoft BizTalk Server : Strong expertise in BizTalk Server 2013 or higher (2016 or 2020 preferred), including orchestration, mapping, schemas, pipelines, and adapters.

- .NET Development : Proven experience in .NET development with C#.

- EDI : Must have strong experience in EDI implementation and support, including X12, EDIFACT, and other EDI standards.

- Azure : Must have experience with Azure services relevant to integration, such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.

- Web Services : Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.

- IIS : Strong understanding of IIS for web server administration and application deployment.

- WCF : Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) for service-oriented architecture.

- SQL Server : Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or higher (2014 or 2019 preferred), including database design, T-SQL, and stored procedures.

- XML : In-depth knowledge of XML, XSLT, and XPath.

- Team Foundation Server (TFS) : Desirable experience with TFS for source control and project management.

- AS2 and EDI : Useful experience with AS2 and other EDI-related technologies.

- RosettaNet : Useful experience with RosettaNet standards and protocols.
