We are seeking a BizOps Engineer to support and manage our payments and platform operations, with deep expertise in on-prem infrastructure, secure systems, and payment processing protocols. This role demands a blend of hands-on technical skill with strong collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operate, monitor, and maintain real-time payments platforms including Switching, Authorization, and Settlement services.

- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, HSMs, security keys, and secure components lifecycle.

- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and resilience of applications and networks.

- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning Erlang, Java, Oracle SQL, and Unix/Linux systems.

- Support and optimize payment message flows in ISO8583 and ISO20022 formats.

- Interface with card networks (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay) for transaction flow validation and compliance.

- Act as a liaison between product, operations, and engineering for incident resolution, change deployment, and root cause analysis.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and drive automation across DevOps pipelines.

- Support UI-based monitoring and incident management tools for operational visibility and reporting.

Required Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in :

- Java, Oracle SQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting

- Experience working in on-premises environments

Hands-on experience with :

- SSL/TLS certificate management

- Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and key lifecycle management

Networking fundamentals :

- F5 Load Balancers, firewalls, secure traffic routing

DevOps knowledge :

- Exposure to CI/CD tools, monitoring frameworks, and automated deployments

Process & Domain Knowledge :

- Experience with ITSM tools for managing incidents, changes, and service requests

- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Familiarity with UI tools for metrics tracking, monitoring, and incident dashboards

Preferred Experience :

- Background in real-time payments systems or banking/fintech domain

- Familiarity with Erlang or similar concurrency-based programming environments

- Exposure to security and compliance within payment systems
