You'll collaborate closely with engineering, risk, and business teams to enhance our credit decisioning, customer conversion, and underwriting models using the latest in machine learning and generative AI.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the development and refinement of credit risk and pricing models to optimize decision speed, accuracy, and business impact.

- Explore and integrate alternative data sources to strengthen customer conversion strategies and decision frameworks.

- Leverage proprietary tech and data assets to identify emerging customer trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Design and implement robust operational and risk analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate on global data initiatives with financial partners - including banks, NBFCs, and investors - by analyzing and visualizing credit data.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, portfolio performance, and business metrics to generate actionable insights.

- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-rich environment with a strong focus on timely, high-quality delivery.

What You Bring :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields from a top-tier institution.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Strong experience with deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI (VAEs, GANs, Diffusion models).

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and model distillation.

- Solid SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.

- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Published research in ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, etc.).

- Experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production.

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, time series forecasting, or causal inference.
