Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, leveraging Agile methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a strong Project / Delivery Manager with overall 15 years of IT experience and around 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing different projects for varied sizes

- Very strong hands on experience in Agile methodologies, concepts and various ceremonies to be performed on a regular basis within a sprint.

- Well verse with various project management, Agile and collaboration tools like JIRA, confluence, Kanban, etc.

- Must have a great expertise in Enterprise and BFSI domain of delivering end to end projects across lifecycle.

- Exposure to BPM, CRM, Integration and Data Analytics concepts and technologies is a plus.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, presenting plans and reporting progress updates to customers and senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Must be able to Track Scope, efforts, team velocity and various Agile KPIs on a regular basis.

- Highlight key risks and mitigation strategies on a timely basis.

- Strong team and resource management at the project level.

- Able to set up the team from scratch, collaborate across various support functions within the group / organization

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of business process management and automation.
