We are seeking an experienced Senior Data / Analytics Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale data initiatives.

This role will focus on driving the execution, alignment, and delivery of complex data and analytics programs in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring the successful execution of data programs across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate Data & Analytics strategy into actionable program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Drive the delivery of data initiatives across cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Analytics, and Platform teams.

- Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure structured execution of projects with measurable outcomes, focusing on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data programs from ideation to implementation.

- Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment of programs with business objectives.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in leading large-scale Data & Analytics programs in enterprise environments.

- Deep understanding of data platforms, data ecosystems, and analytics technologies.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex, often competing, stakeholder interests.

- Excellent project management skills with a focus on timelines, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

- Strong communication skills to articulate program progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in leading programs across distributed teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

- Preferred : Experience in the healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in leading data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), with expertise in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

- Expertise in ETL tools and data pipeline management (e.g., Talend, Apache Nifi, Informatica, SSIS).

- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), data visualization techniques, and dashboard creation.

- Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), and OLAP/OLTP systems.

- Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with Bash, Shell, or JavaScript.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

- Familiarity with cloud data architectures, cloud storage, data lakes, and cloud-based computing solutions
