Bilvantis Technologies - VisionPLUS Developer - JCL/COBOL/Mainframe

Role :

- 3-12 Years of experience as VisionPLUS Developer with Mainframe skills primarily COBOL, CICS, JCL and VSAM.

- Should have Good communication skill.

- Preferred experience in CMS / VMX / FAS /TRAMS applications of VisionPLUS.

- Exposure to tools such as FileAid, File Manager, Changeman, Endeavor and IBM debugger etc.

- Excellent software development skills, both online and batch programs.

- Able to understand requirement from FS / TS document and work on client deliverables accordingly.

- Development deployment of changes to SIT/UAT/Prod environment as per the release process.

- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.

- Work on release alignment of fixes, production deployment and Posvet of changes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work on Functional and Technical design creation, Coding and development task, Unit testing of deliverables, Support testing phase in SIT / UAT phase.

- Should be able to resolve CMS / VMX / FAS / LTS issues in Production platforms.

- Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution.

- Should be able to work as individual or as a team.

- Ability to work and deliver results in challenging situations when needed.

- Client facing skills, Interact with client in commendable manner and build good relationship with stakeholders.

Qualification : B.Tech / BE (Any specialization) or MCA
